Restrictive diets, eat less move more, cutting food groups DOESN'T WORK for for busy mums

After having my first kid, my body completely changed — I gained 17kg in less than a year without changing much at all. I went to the doctor and was told the same old stuff: move more, eat less. I was offered weight-loss meds, too. But as a health pro and a busy mum, I felt crushed, embarrassed, and honestly, like a failure.

I tried every diet I could find — keto, paleo, dairy-free, you name it — but by week 4 I was always burnt out and falling off the wagon. Why? Because juggling mum life, the exhaustion, the constant 3pm crash, and drowning in conflicting advice made it all feel impossible.
