My Story

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020 just before my son was conceived. 

I was struggling with excessive facial hair growth, fatigue and felt like I was going through a second puberty. 

As a teen I was always thin, and suddenly in my early 20's I gained weight at a rapid pace. As a recent Nutritionist graduate, I tried everything I had been taught. I slogged myself at the gym, hired a PT and ate in a calorie deficit.

Nothing worked, until I worked with a PCOS coach who helped me immensely and I fell pregnant almost immediately (hooray!) 

After my son was born I didn't have my period for 7 months, and during that time my weight balanced right out, my skin was clear, my digestive system was AWESOME & I just felt great. As soon as my period returned my PCOS symptoms came back...10 fold. 

I tried everything I had learnt before but this time? I didn't have hours to be tracking carbs and making multiple meals to suit my family, I had a baby and a partner who worked away all week. I was overwhelmed, exhausted and defeated and I gave up over and over again...quickly I gained 17kg in 10 months and felt the worst I had ever felt about my body. 

This was when I realised I needed a more sustainable approach. So I simplified it back to the basics and science, drowning out all the different opinions on social media. And guess what? IT WORKED and I felt like 'me' again without 

Now it's my passion to teach other PCOS mums how to reverse their symptoms, simply.
